The new date for the concert has left South Africans unimpressed as it falls within “Ke Dezemba” in South Africa, which is a period known for being the holiday season. Here are some of the reactions from the public:
- User @ADS_ZAR commented: “He probably didn’t hire South Africans for his event otherwise, he would know better.”
- User @stax_masiza wrote: “Mzansi will postpone him 💀.”
- User @MissyyyLP pointed out: “He doesn’t know Gauteng is empty during that time🤣🤣🤣.”
- User @Lawrence_Sebeko added: “His team definitely doesn’t consist of any South Africans if he did then they would’ve told him that’s a bad date 😂.”
These reactions indicate a general sentiment of disappointment and frustration among South Africans regarding the rescheduling of Burna Boy’s concert.
