Fried rice is the stable and popular recipe of China. Fried rice is a quick way to transform left overs into something delicious. - Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large non-sticking pan over medium heat until melted.

Notes
I recommend one to use a cast iron or non stick pan to get the best results.
