Ingredients
  

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp grounded black pepper
  • 3 butter divided
  • 5 soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 4 cups cooked rice long grain
  • 3 sliced green onions

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large non-sticking pan over medium heat until melted.
  •  Add egg the eggs and cook until scrambled, stirring about 30 seconds transfer to a plate.
  •  Add an additional 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan and heat until melted. Add carrots, peas, onions, garlic to skillet. Season with pepper and salt.
  •   Cook for about 6 minutes until the carrots and onion are soft.
  •  Increase the heat to high, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter stir until melted. Immediately add the rice,cooked eggs and soy sauce and stir until combined.
  •  Remove from the stove and add the sesame oil until combined.
  •   Serve immediately

Notes

I recommend one to use a cast iron or non stick pan to get the best results.
