Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large non-sticking pan over medium heat until melted.
- Add egg the eggs and cook until scrambled, stirring about 30 seconds transfer to a plate.
- Add an additional 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan and heat until melted. Add carrots, peas, onions, garlic to skillet. Season with pepper and salt.
- Cook for about 6 minutes until the carrots and onion are soft.
- Increase the heat to high, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter stir until melted. Immediately add the rice,cooked eggs and soy sauce and stir until combined.
- Remove from the stove and add the sesame oil until combined.
- Serve immediately
Notes
I recommend one to use a cast iron or non stick pan to get the best results.
