Ingredients

2 cloves garlic minced
2 eggs whisked
1 onion diced
2 carrots diced
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp grounded black pepper
3 butter divided
5 soy sauce
1/2 cup frozen peas
4 cups cooked rice long grain
3 sliced green onions

Method

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large non-sticking pan over medium heat until melted.
Add egg the eggs and cook until scrambled, stirring about 30 seconds transfer to a plate.
Add an additional 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan and heat until melted. Add carrots, peas, onions, garlic to skillet. Season with pepper and salt.
Cook for about 6 minutes until the carrots and onion are soft.
Increase the heat to high, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter stir until melted. Immediately add the rice,cooked eggs and soy sauce and stir until combined.
Remove from the stove and add the sesame oil until combined.
Serve immediately

Notes

I recommend one to use a cast iron or non stick pan to get the best results.
