Some time ago we saw Simo Magwaza and Cindy Mahlangu playing roles on both soapies. Then recently Bathabile Mashigo played the role of Mvelo’s kidnapper.

On Scandal, Mashigo recently lost her son Romeo and just divorced her son’s half-brother Simo.

Simo Magwaza plays the role of a drug dealer known as Dollar on The Queen. On Scandal, he played the role of Mamba.
Cindy Mahlangu as Siyanda (The Queen) and Violetta (Scandal)
It’s rumored that Cindy Mahlangu was fired by Ferguson Films when she temporarily exited the show as Siyanda and joined Scandal to play Violetta. These rumors were unfounded when Mhlangu reappeared on The Queen.
