Only two weeks after its release, K.O.’s collaboration with Young Stunna and Blxckie on SETE might become the next anthem, SETE has received over 4 million YouTube views and, after 16 days, received a platinum certification.
Rapper K.O is in an optimistic and joyful mood right now because his most recent song, SETE, is doing so well. It was only two weeks after it was broadcast on radio and digital platforms. K.O. disregards Nota and honours SETE’s milestone. The rapper worked with rapper Blxckie and Amapiano Young Stunna on the song SETE. It appears that Mzansi has a summer hit song already.
On his, Instagram K.O. revealed he was over the moon to receive his platinum plaque for the song because all his hard work had paid off. He said it was delivered right to his door. The rapper switched from hip hop to amapiano, but he didn’t anticipate his first amapiano song to become so popular. K.O. was so ecstatic that he thanked the two musicians for their contributions to the song. He disclosed that he would personally deliver the platinum plaques for Young Stunna and Blxckie.
Nota Baloyi recently praised K.O. a lot for his most recent offerings. The tone quickly changed, though, no one knows why. Despite Nota Baloyi, a music industry mogul, disparaging the song, K.O.’s labour of love does speak for itself.
Nota took to Twitter. He made fun of K.O.’s most recent album and even went so far as to claim that SETE was his only hope. He said the album is a collection of skippable songs with the same old flow & cadence switching trick he uses to make it seem like his verse is better than it is. He said he knew the K.O. album would be weak and that the rapper got lucky with SETE. He claimed that the rapper uses the same formula throughout his verses, but the fans did not share his opinion of K.O.’s most recent album.
Taking to Twitter, users declared that SETE is a beautiful hit and that they will be jamming to it this summer. They defended K.O. and assured Nota that SETE is the biggest song of the year regardless of his thoughts. They even went so far as to refer to K.O. as a musical genius, which incensed Nota. Some have even asserted that Nota only used K.O. to increase his influence because he would do anything to keep people talking about him.
