Rappers AKA and Cassper are back at it again. After a successful arbitration proceeding, AKA took it further and released a diss track dedicated to Nyovest. Unfortunately, he only released it on social media, not music streaming apps. After a successful season 1 of the Braai Show, AKA had a dispute with the production company in charge. Yesterday, Super Mega uploaded evidence that he was robbed of 50% of the show, and now, he’s got it.
What exactly does he say on the diss track?
He speaks about how he looked like a loser in the year 2021; people tried their hardest to milk him. He describes the year as his worst year, and people kicked him when he was down. In the first verse, he shouted to Ricky Rick for having morals. AKA then said that Cassper didn’t do the same as Makhado. Super Mega revealed how the late Stay Shinning rapper declined the offer of hosting the show.
Super Mega went deeper and expressed how things were so dark in his life that he even contemplated suicide. He recalled all the headlines about him falling off and being on drugs. He even revealed why he had a dispute with the media company. His salary dispute was due to voice-over artists making more money for him. AKA asked for a raise, and they told him to be patient; that’s where the fighting started.

South Africa heard the narration and his feelings expressed in the song. Many people say they hear the message, but his rapping doesn’t sound like rapping. His way of rapping sounds a bit redundant to the listeners. Some people are saying his rap skills are washed out. Others noted that there are no disses on the song, just AKA spitting facts. Some people are excited he’s back in the studio, and they like the music and giving him the goat status.
Arbitration process success
Now that the court sees that AKA owns half of The Braai Show, he counts as Cassper’s ex-boss. He can now sue the media company for giving him all the money they made outside his presence. He can now go after all of his shares, and he’s happy about that.

Everyone knows how the two rappers fight like cat and dog, and the beef might be back. AKA tweeted that Cassper should focus on his fight on Naak as he will be a different opponent to Slik Talk. Mufasa said he would reunite Super Mega with the late Nellie Tembe. AKA didn’t let that slide, and he told Nellie to be resting with a matric certificate in her grave. Perhaps now the beef is back with full force.
