Rhythm City actor David Genaro ‘Jammie Bartlett’ last moments before he died

He was dupped as one of the greatest actors to have graced our small screens. With an illustrious career spanning decades, he has fast become Mzansi’s celebrated on-screen villain.

Undoubtedly, his on-screen gangster rivalry with Suffocate Ndlovu character played by Mduduzi Mabaso on etvs drama series Rhythm City will go down in the history books of soapie operas.

Mzansi is still shell shocked by the untimely death of Jammie Bartlett, best known for his on-screen character of David Genaro. However, little is known about his untimely death, but close family members and several media outlets have since confirmed the news. In the mix of things, it came as a shocker as the actor was fit and fiddle.

Several viral videos of his last moments have flooded social media. He was a happy soul partying and having his best life with those he loved most. Last night he was spotted at 012 Lifestyle Brooklyn.

At the lavish restaurant, he greeted everyone, from the staff workers to the patrons. He was even spotted taking pictures with kitchen staff in the viral video.

Mzansi has since been convinced that Genaro was giving his final goodbyes. We didn’t see it coming, but that was one of the signs. However, he also dined with Idols SA judge Somizi who was left broken after hearing about the untimely death. Whilst at the lavish restaurant, his wife, was spotted popping up some expensive bottles of Moet.

Jammie was born in England before he moved to South Africa. He furnished his craze of acting with educational qualifications in Speech and Drama with the University Of Capetown. However, he furthered his studies in London in the mix of things.

His illustrious career spanned decades, and he managed to cap it with some accolades. He is one of the celebrated actors who managed to win big regarding SAFTAs. Jammie also wowed Mzansi with his unmatched acting flair when he played a lead role in Long Walk To Freedom.
