Ingredients
Pharmacy ingredients
- 1 Vitamin C, D & E (speak to pharmacy)
- 1 Umhlonyane: (Ikwezi Station, Traditional healer, Hostel)
- 1 Zinc 200mg (speak to pharmacy)
Immune boosting paste
- 1 tbsp Tumeric
- 500 g teaspoon grounded black seed (spice shop)
- 1/2 tbsp Teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1/4 tbsp Teaspoon grounded black pepper
- 1 tbsp tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/4 Cup Honey
Instructions
- Throw in blender to make a paste, if no blender drink as is.
- Drink above paste as hot beverage every 4 hours with:Ginger and honey tea, Med lemonPanado (crushed)Sinucon (crushed)
Covid-19 home remedy and steaming
- Steam: Every four hours
- Steaming bucket (if you don’t have basin/bucket/kettle)
- 5-10 drops Eucalyptus oil
- Cover self with blanket
- Stay under there for no less than 20 mins
