- 100 g noodles
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mill pepper
- 50 g butter or margarine
- Cook noodles in plenty of gently boiling salted water.
- Drain well in a colander and return to the pan.
- Add the seasoning to taste, add butter and mix carefully until all the ingredients are combined.
- Correct the seasoning and serve!
