Buttered Noodles

Buttered noodles is a simple dish that children love. It is a simple recipe that only requires a few ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g noodles
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mill pepper
  • 50 g butter or margarine

Equipment

  • Colander
  • Stove
  • Fork
  • bowl

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles in plenty of gently boiling salted water.
  2. Drain well in a colander and return to the pan.
  3. Add the seasoning to taste, add butter and mix carefully until all the ingredients are combined.
  4. Correct the seasoning and serve!

Notes

Noodles may also be used as a garnish for instance with braised beef.
