Buttered Noodles
Buttered noodles is a simple dish that children love. It is a simple recipe that only requires a few ingredients.
Equipment
- Colander
- Stove
- Fork
- bowl
Ingredients
- 100 g noodles
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mill pepper
- 50 g butter or margarine
Instructions
- Cook noodles in plenty of gently boiling salted water.
- Drain well in a colander and return to the pan.
- Add the seasoning to taste, add butter and mix carefully until all the ingredients are combined.
- Correct the seasoning and serve!
Notes
Noodles may also be used as a garnish for instance with braised beef.
