Fried Pork Meat Balls
These meat balls are fluffy and juicy there are bursting with flavor. This recipe is easy and fast for cooking a tender, moist and light meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g lean pork
- 1 egg
- 1/4 small onion diced
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup flour
- olive oil, for frying
Instructions
- Finely mince the pork and onion together.
- Soak the bread crumbs in milk while you prepare the other ingredients.
- Mix in the seasoning, flour, onion, egg and the soaked bread crumbs into a bowl and mix it all together .
- Roll the mixture into 24 balls.
- Deep fry the meat balls until there are cooked and are golden brown.
- Drain the oil well and garnish with green chopped onions.
- Serve.
Notes
You can substitute fish paste with oyster sauce that is if you prefer.
