Ingredients
  

  • 400 g lean pork
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 small onion diced
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • olive oil, for frying

Instructions
 

  • Finely mince the pork and onion together.
  • Soak the bread crumbs in milk while you prepare the other ingredients.
  • Mix in the seasoning, flour, onion, egg and the soaked bread crumbs into a bowl and mix it all together .
  • Roll the mixture into 24 balls.
  • Deep fry the meat balls until there are cooked and are golden brown.
  • Drain the oil well and garnish with green chopped onions.
  • Serve.

Notes

You can substitute fish paste with oyster sauce that is if you prefer.
