Chicken Saute With Mushrooms
This recipe it is full of flavors and it is good. It is so easy, delicious and a budget friendly recipe.

Ingredients
- 3 chicken cuts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 ground pepper
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 100 g button mushroom
- 60 ml dry white wine
- 10 g chopped green onion
Instructions
- Place butter, vegetable oil add wine in a saucepan on a medium heat until bubbly and hot.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour onto a sheet of wax paper.
- Add chicken and cook until lightly browned on both sides and cooked through 3 to 4 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add the mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Return chicken to the pan and cook until it has heated through, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
To avoid the chicken from drying out as it reheats, simmer the chicken and sauce in a pan covering the pan with a lid.
