Previously on Muvhango
Gugu has gone completely rogue. After revealing her new relationship with Vhutshilo to her friends at Imani’s dinner party for the first time, everyone’s jaw was on the floor. Especially Rendani. However, Gugu is still caught under Bafuwis spell, and the last time we saw it looked as if she was about to succumb to temptation again, like the last time when they were trapped under the collapsed building. Belinda got a shock of her life when she received a warning from
Teboho to keep her claws out of Mulalo.
What’s next?
Gugu can’t sleep with Azwindini. Gugu didn’t eventually succumb to temptation with Azwindini, but they were almost caught being cosy by Susan. Gugu put the breaks on, but she and Azwindini are playing close to the fire, and soon, someone will get seriously burnt. Susan does, however, blasts Gugu for coming between Vhutshilo and his family. Hai khona! She doesn’t know that more is happening, and it involves an essential member of her family.
Mulalo tops Teboho
Mulalo succeeds at blocking Teboho from peeping into his life. He tries to win Belinda back, but she’s done with him. Belinda has taken heed from Teboho, whose warning was apparent to keep away from her family. Good for her! If she knows what’s good for her because we all know what Tebogo is all about, don’t we? The woman will do and go to any lengths to eliminate a threat against her or her family.
I mean, she is incarcerated for the murder of Vhangani’s wife, who threatened to expose their dirty secret with Mulalo. They deceived the royal family for Mulalo to be king. The offence is not her first either, but that is a story for another day.
Vhutshilo has money troubles
Vhutshilo is looking to sell a ring he stole from Gugu to make some cash. He is in dire need of money. The question on my mind is, what value does he attach to their engagement if it is so easy to trade it in for some money? It doesn’t take a genius to see that there is big trouble on the way for Gugu.
