The radio and television personality Bonang Mathemba referred to as Queen B by her legion of fans and followers has broken the hearts of many. Refusing to take pictures with fans and failure to respond to simple fan greetings has seen her topping the most rude Mzansi Celebrities list.
Twitter user Helena Sifa shared her experience when she and her sister met Bonang:
I was 22, i went to lunch, and Bonang sat next to me and my sister. We asked her for her picture and she said “eat your lunch sweety” So we ate our lunch.

The actor Siyabonga Thwala played Paul Moroka in Generations and Mpiyakhe in Isibaya finds his name on the most rude mzansi celebrities due to rude remarks directed towards Twitter user Nondu_C and many others.
My friend and I saw Mpiyakhe from Isibaya a few years ago at Sandton City and we asked to take a picture with him and he said “angishuthi ney’ngane” translated I don’t take photos with children, I never recovered from that,
Phindile Myekeni also shared her experience with the actor
Hawe he always came to buy where i use to work so it was quite, we asked for a picture he said “he doesn’t take pictures”, and he left us disappointed, i never again asked for pictures with celebs.
Amanda Kanongongo never liked Siyabonga Thwala since Generations days.
Ooh shame this guy, when he was still kwi Generations. He was sooo rude to my mom and her sister. Mind you Paul was a lovable character so grown ups loved him! Weeeh, I’ve never liked him ever since!
He did that to us the other year at UGU sports Ground , in the Last Dance festival Loudly crying face, he refused to take pictures with masses Face screaming in fear, Booom NDLOVU came people were so excited, they took pictures with him , MPIYAKHE has done It twice in my presence at DBN ICC same story.
Despite these rude and degrading encounters, there are some Celebrities and fans encounters that will leave you in stitches.
Tweep @KeMmakaditaba has this funny story about his encounter with Andile Ncube.
Tried to get an autograph from Andile Ncube, and he said there’s Somizi, i turned and Somizi was getting into his car leaving I turned back and Andile was gone, i haven’t healed. Well I saw Akhumzi and he singed my t-shirt.
