Master KG makes it in Jay-Z’s end of the Year 2020 Tidal Playlist
American rapper and businessman Jay Z showed off his 2020 Year-end Tidal playlist of 40 top songs for the year. Titled “2020 vision COVID 19”, the Jay Z Tidal Playlist featured South African Global sensation Master KG who made waves across the globe with his song Jerusalema which featured Mzansi Finest Nomcebo Zikode, and the remix featuring Nigerian Burna Boy.
Master KG joined one of the converted playlists of music mogul Jay Z, joining American rapper Drake who featured 4 times on the 40 track playlist.
From winning multiple awards and witnessing his song trending globally via the #JerusalemaChallenge, Master KG experienced the most fulling year in his career. He revealed that being on Jay Z Tidal Playlist is one of the most humbling experiences in his career.

Whilst the original version of the song has inspired a global dance challenge with people all over the world posting videos of themselves with the hashtag #JerusalemaDanceChallenge, nothing has been said about the remix. Until now. Jerusalema remix which features Nomcebo who is on the original and a verse from Nigerian superstar Burna Boy has set a record in France.
