Big Zulu has seen himself trending in the backdrop of FameVsClout boxing match between Cassper Nyovest and Slik Talk. Nyovest won after he knocked out Slik Talk in a much-talked-about boxing match. A few days later Big Zulu hogs the headlines after he lashed out at celebrated personality Siv Ngesi after challenging him for a boxing match in a viral tweet that flooded social media.
Well, it seems as if Big Zulu was a Knock Out on its own and had got Mzansi talking. Without even throwing a jab or a left hook, Big Zulu managed to deliver an offensive move against his would-be opponent.
Siv Ngema tweeted:
I would embarrass you live #FameVsClout
Big Zulu turns down Siv Ngesi boxing match request
Zulu responded in what seemed to be a homophobic tweet that sparked an uproar. No doubt we all thought that Big Zulu didn’t come across the tweet, but 12 hours later, he decided to salvage the bubbly comedian and presenter. Translated from isiZulu, Big Zulu responded saying:
“Go and wear trousers and stop playing in panties. I don’t fight with women”.
The tweet didn’t go well with Mzansi big Zulu’s choice of words. The tweet referred to Siv Ngesi’s drag queen alter ego, Sivanna. They even questioned if he was “too scared” to decline Siv’s invitation. However, in the mix of things, Siv wasn’t bothered but dropped a clap back to Big Zulu, whom he saw as a cry baby.
“Sounds like an excuse to me big guy … I would own you while I wear heels, dress and makeup! You won’t even survive one round!”
It seems as if Big Zulu has swept Siv Ngesi’s invite under the carpet and somewhat pulled a shocker. The fight we have been waiting for is finally before us, and Big Zulu will finally fight King Monada in March 2022.
The two have been hinting at a boxing match to no avail, but it seems as if the boxing match is finally before us. This fight comes in the backdrop of NaqMusiq big match with Cassper Nyovest slated for 8 April at the annual Super Bowl in Sun City.
