DJ Zinhle and AKA
The duo met at a show after Zinhle slid into AKA’s DM asking for a collabo. “I knew him because I had DM’d him,” mentioned the DJ. “I just messaged him one day, ‘hey I would like to do a song with you’ and he was like ‘yo cool…you have the beat send it to me.” After spending a lot of time in each other’s company, the two hit it off and well that was the beginning of a relationship.“Just a day after hanging out together, we decided to make our relationship official,” Zinhle said.
Despite their ugly fallout, Zinhle and AKA are good co-parents to their daughter Kairo. “No we were good honestly I won’t lie we were just good together. I think being so different made us click like we were so different like we just worked out and made sense.” DJ Zinhle mentions how she initiated the idea of having a baby and AKA welcomed the proposition as he was sure he wanted a baby with her and nobody else..”
Unfortunately in 2015 when Zinhle found out that the AKA had cheated on her with Tv personality Bonang Matheba, she broke up with him. She was weeks away to giving birth to their daughter Kairo. As the two are now single, they rekindle their love in 2019 until January 2020 when they split up again.
