As of today, the cumulative number of confirmed #COVID19 cases is 92 681,the total number of deaths is 1877 and the total number of recoveries is 50 326.
 

15 June 2020: South Africa’s confirmed #Covid-19 cases have increased by 4302 to 73 533 with a further 88 reported over the past 24 hours,

 

14 June 2020: There have been 57 more Covid-19 deaths, and 4 300 new infections in the country. This has taken the total number of cases to just over 70 000. The death toll now sits at 1 480.

13 June 2020 : The total number of confirmed COVID-19 positive cases in South Africa is 65 736. There are 71 new deaths that have been recorded, bringing the tally to 1423. New infections 3809

11 June 2020:

17 April 2020: Covid-19 infections up to 2783 and deaths up to 50 in South Africa. More than 900 people have recovered.

Another prison official at Worcester in the Boland has tested positive for COVID-19. This brings to eight the number of officials in the Western Cape who have the coronavirus -four at the Worcester Correctional Centre and four at the Ceres Correctional Centre
