In a shocking turn of events, the General hospital staff was faced with celebrating Dr Dlamini on one end and facing an STI outbreak on the other. Andile’s surgery was finally done, and it was a success to the joy of the senior doctors except for Dr Lindelani. On the other hand, Dudu cannot accept that she did not have a baby and tries to talk her twin sister into giving her one of the babies, which she refuses. She tries to emotionally blackmail Thoko into giving up her baby because she couldn’t get herself to tell her already excited husband the truth.
Sibiya proves one more time that he is the man for the Head of Hospital security job when he saves yet another child from being abducted from the hospital. Dudu, who took her sister’s baby, is reprimanded and given the psychiatric help she needs. Brother is turned against brother as Bheki’s twin thinks this was all a plot by his brother.
The matron and Superintendent take it to educate their staff on sexual health. The nurse and doctors are embarrassed, but with the outbreak of gonorrhoea among the health staff, they sit down and take the lecture. The blame is being pushed around with nurse Shweni in the middle of all of it. It proves that for Thabo, it never rains but pours when Andile has post-surgery complications.

Sne, who has confronted Lindelani about sleeping with Shweni, may be in competition with Shweni to win in the game of love, but Shweni outshines her without even trying. What will Sne, who is known for being a sour loser, do to go back on top?
Calvin, who sees a friend from way back, seems to be one of the few hospital staff whose unlucky streak in love is finally going to change.
