Done Deals: Mamelodi Sundowns on a signing spree
Despite lifting a treble in the just-ended campaign, Mamelodi Sundown has also landed about a dozen of talented players to bolster their squad for the upcoming 2020-21 season.
The major signings alluded to the sentiments of Sundown’s owner who looks to maintain the club’s ascendency over their PSL rivals.

Mamelodi Sundowns are not planning to stop after lifting three major silverware, the Nedbank Cup, the Telkom Knockout, and returning the Absa Premiership title, having also dominated the transfer market window with big signings this year in preparation for another CAF Champions League Campaign.
Masandawana President Patrice Mostepe’s intentions were clear when he announced the extension of Pisto Masimane’s contract with four years in May.
The club has already secured enough fresh talent for the upcoming season.

Peter Shalulile: The 16 goal-scoring striker Peter expressed his excitement about his big move from Highlands Park to Masandawana after the Highlands Park franchise was sold to Tim Sukazi.
George Maluleka: Having being banned from the transfer market for two windows the signing of Maluleka from Kaizer Chiefs sparked an uproar after the announcing in January that ‘Mido’ had signed a pre-contract with Sundowns. Aubrey Modiba: (Transfer pending) Supersport United boss Stan Matthews indicated that Modiba moves to Sundowns it’s almost a done deal. The Nedbank KeYona product is set to join Pitso Mosimane’s squad provided all parties agree to the tabled contract.
