South Africans took to social media to share their happy and horror stories they experienced when they finally met with their favorite celebrities.
In this social media era taking pictures is the most common request celebrities have from fans, while a few managed to get their simple requests, it ended in tears for many who shared their disappointments on social media.

Bonang Mathemba
The radio and television personality Bonang Mathemba referred to as Queen B by her legion of fans and followers has broken the hearts of many. Refusing to take pictures with fans and failure to respond to simple fan greetings has seen her topping the most rude Mzansi Celebrities list.
Twitter user Helena Sifa shared her experience when she and her sister met Bonang:
I was 22, i went to lunch, and Bonang sat next to me and my sister. We asked her for her picture and she said “eat your lunch sweety” So we ate our lunch.
Mlindo the Vocalist
Mlindo the Vocalist whose real name is Lindokuhle Magedezi had a couple of fans tears to his name. The “AmaBlesser” hit maker books his place on this most rude celebrity list for ignoring fans on many occassions.

Mlindo the Vocalist, I met him at this club I was working for at the back of a house. I asked for a picture he said “Hold on Bra!” I’m still holding on.

The actor Siyabonga Thwala played Paul Moroka in Generations and Mpiyakhe in Isibaya finds his name on the most rude mzansi celebrities due to rude remarks directed towards Twitter user Nondu_C and many others.
My friend and I saw Mpiyakhe from Isibaya a few years ago at Sandton City and we asked to take a picture with him and he said “angishuthi ney’ngane” translated I don’t take photos with children, I never recovered from that,
