Multi-millionaires Andile Mpisane and Tlhopie Motsepe have a lot in common; they are both chairpersons of two of the wealthiest football clubs in South Africa.
Andile is a chairperson of Royal AM FC, a club he was gifted by her multi-millionaire mother Shauwn Mkhize and named after him (Royal Andile Mpisane Football Club). Tlhopie Motsepe is the chairperson of South African champions Mamelodi Sundowns. He is the eldest son of billionaire Patrice Motsepe, the richest black South African and President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
Tlhopie took the reigns at Mamelodi Sundowns from his father after he won the mandate to lead continental football governing body CAF.

20-year-old Andile Mpisane is the youngest African top-flight football administrator, and 32-year-old Tlhopie Motsepe is much older.

While South Africa has questioned Andile’s technical capabilities to pull out business deals for Royal AM FC, he responded by buying the league status of Bloemfontein Celtic and their players.
On the other hand, Tlhopie Motsepe hit the ground running after taking over the 11 league title winners. He secured a partnership with Roca Nation, one of the leading athlete management and entertainment companies that manage Chelsea striker Lomeleu Lukaku. Roc Nation was founded and owned by American businessman, billionaire and rapper Jay-Z.
