South African actor Bonko Khoza became a household name when he landed his role as Mqhele on Showmax hit drama series The Wife. The actor landed many roles after he started playing Mqhele as many productions were exposed to his gift and talent. Today the actor shared the news that he was part of a cast that worked on a Netflix movie coming soon to the streaming service.
In the Instagram post, Bonko Khoza shared the Trailer of the movie The Brave Ones that is coming to Netflix in September. In the caption, the actor says he is excited and blessed to share the work with his fans finally. The movie premieres on Netflix on 16 September 2022, and it is supernatural fiction.

The movie storyline is centred around a goddess who is reincarnated and comes back to earth in a young woman’s body. Her mission is to avenge her sister’s death and save her family from impending destruction. A mother is working not to lose another son to death and will do anything to keep him.
The movie will show how our ancestors play a role in the everyday lives of their offspring. From Sthandile Nkosi’s post on Instagram, the film has taken three years to build, and many people involved can not wait to show the world this production.

Bonko Khoza and the cast of Netflix’s The Brave Ones
The cast of this movie is filled with famous actors we have grown to know and love on the small screen. This includes Sthandiwe and Tony Kgoroge though they do not play husband and wife in the movie. Bonko Khoza, Sthandile Nkosi, Zamani Mbatha and many others are part of this never-before-seen production.
Rolie Nikiwe directs the movie with Stephina Zwane and the producers are Robbie Thorpe and Akino Motoso. In the comment section, many fans and other celebrities are in awe after seeing the Trailer. Fans can not wait for The Brave Ones to premiere so that they watch it.
Khoza’s previous roles
After his debut in his first ever lead role playing Mqhele on The Wife, Bonko Khoza landed the lead role in 13 weeks to find Mr Right. He was featured in the Netflix hit-action movie Collision and now The Brave Hearts. Currently, he is working on another production which he hasn’t shared with the public but shared a video onset with Siyabonga Shibe.
