Her followers and fans were interested in how she maintained her body. Luckily for them, the model is not a gatekeeper and she shared some of her workout routines online.
One thing about her body is that she has gorgeous natural curves and a tight and petite core. Her stomach is also perfect and it left many of her fans wondering how she achieved that.

Shudufhadzo shared some of her workout routines on her Instagram and people got an idea of how she looked so snatched. Shudufhadzo spends a lot of time doing cardiovascular exercises. Cardio melts the fat from the body and speeds up the metabolism. Some of her cardio workouts are running and some are skipping. When she skips, she binds her legs to maximize the effect of toning on her body.
Another one of her favourite exercises is resistance training. Shudufhadzo lifts small weights so she doesn’t become too bulky and masculine. She also does lunges and squats. These exercises maintain her curves and melt the inches from her stomach and waist. Doing resistance training also improves her strength and endurance.

Some people might argue and say former Miss South Africa was born gorgeous and her genes make her as flawless as she is now. The truth is that she puts a lot of effort into how she looks. Firstly after winning the beauty pageant, the model opened up about previously battling acne and trying numerous remedies to no avail.
Shudu has a naturally beautiful body frame but to maintain it she eats well, drinks a lot of water and exercises. Another contributing factor to her general look is that she dresses extremely well. Her looks are tailor-made meaning they are created to make her stand out from the rest.
