Video: HHP drops Amapiano hit from the grave featuring Focalistic
South African late rap legend, HHP’s first Amapiano song got released on his 40th birthday. The 14th of September is his birthday in heaven; his wife, Lerato Sengadi announced the song which features Focalisitc on social media.
The new amapiano song is titled Nkaofa 2.0 and it’s a remix of his 2014 song, Nkaofa. Lerato appreciated everyone’s contribution to the success of the song.
“I put my entire heart into making this track. I’ve never executive produced a track before but because Motho was guiding me every step of the way we created a banger!!!!”
To Focalistic, she said: “Maradona! All it took was ONE phone call & u were there! You brought the right energy and spirit. I am so proud to pass the baton to u. Jabba walks with you always. Thank You. I’ve gained a Lil Brother in you.”
Lerato also appreciated Universal Music Group SA for being patient with her. She shared a clip of Jabba rapping in a studio, and it got people in their feelings. HHP’s passing is a huge loss to the music industry. 24th of October, 2021 will be the 3rd anniversary of his passing.

HHP (1980-2018)
Celebrated hip-hop star Jabulani Tsambo who was better known by his stage name; Hip Hop Pantsula or HHP took his own life after suffering from depression and attempting suicide several times in 2015. He died in October 2018. His lifeless body was found by his close friend and producer on his bedroom floor. His last heart-wrenching words before he ended his life were: “I’m depressed. I’m going out of control. I’m losing it.”
Prokid (1981-2018)
Hip-hop star Prokid born Linda Mkhize passed away at the age of 37-years. He died in August 2018. Prokid died two weeks before HHP died. The celebrated hip-hop star died from a rare cause of bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract. He apparently died in the arms of his girlfriend; Mandisa Mbanjwa.
Sfiso Ncwane (1979-2016)
Gospel star Sfiso Ncwane passed away at the age of 37 years in December of 2016 after complications related to kidney failure. He was rushed to Life Fourways Hospital in Johannesburg the night before and passed away in the morning.
