Video: Did Soul Jah Love know his time was up
Nash TV has posted a video of the song they were working on with Soul Jah Love before his untimely demise. The track is called ‘Ndichafa rinhi ko?’ which means ‘When will I die? ‘. In the track Soul Jah Love is tired of all his tribulations and asks God when he will rest.
He tells God that people do not love him anymore and want him to die already.
“If the had the power they would burn me. All they wish for is me to suffer and dies. Lord I ask when will I die so that I rest. I cannot take it anymore,” he sang.
No doubt Saul’s life was not easy at all. It is one hung that motivated him sing and try to encourage all the youths of Zimbabwe to stay strong and never give up. Many Zimbabweans mourn the Zimdancehall sensation for his talents and pure heart.

Such good music and astonishing work in the music industry made him the Liberation Hero he was declared to be yesterday by ZANU-PF. Many attended his funeral which pushed the police to go and stay at his place of residence so that they control the number of mourners at a given time. Due to the lockdown, mourners are not to exceed thirty people per instant to curb the spread of the deadly corona virus.
It is sad that the artist left his fans on the verge of dropping some new songs. It was a norm that when Soul Jah Love releases a track it would be a banger. Everyone in the music industry loved the musicians art and as a result the whole of Zimbabwe mourns.
Bounty Lisa, Soul Jah Love’s ex-wife wrote a heartfelt message on Facebook. She notes all the good work he did for the people he lived and cared about despite his faults.
