Zimbabwe has been shaken by the death of a pioneer and musician. Many have taken to social media to mourn Soul Jah Love. On that list is Soul Jah Love’s ex, Bounty Lisa. The musician took to her social media to write her tribute to the musician.
Since yesterday i was waiting n hoping for people to say this is fake news… i still can’t accept this and i also cant believe this is GOODBYE.
We’ve been through thick and thin and we had our differences bt we never cared bout being Perfect for each other.. we never cared who what when why.. it was love over everything and everyone. Ups and Downs bt we kept going up still. Yes we sometimes fought bt still be able to hold hands in front of those who believed in us and we were inseperable for 5 good years of our marriage that feels like my whole life bt you’ll never know God’s plans.
Seperation is only a distance to us bt our souls n memories are always gonna be together.

Bounty Lisa grieves for ex husband, Soul Jah Love
Bounty Lisa and her ex husband had a beautiful but tragic love story that ended in divorce. The couple attributed their divorce to his drug abuse and cases of domestic violence. After divorce Bounty Lisa went on to marry someone else while Jah Love nursed a broken heart. The musician was infertile, as such the couple never had a child, and so Bounty Lisa conceived with her second husband.
Soul Jah Love remained unmarried without a child. The musician was clearly heartbroken and even sang a song to mourn his childlessness, ndichavigwa negonzo.
The musician has since been declared a hero.
