Fresh from watching the KZN panty bully video, South Africans have witnessed yet another video of a school bully making rounds on social media.
In the video, a boy is seen beating up another learner with slaps and fists without the victim retaliating.
The video has sparked outrage with Tweeps calling for the arrest and suspension of the bully.
The school which the video was taken from is yet to be identified as well as the named of the bully or the victim.

Recently the department of education in KwaZulu-Natal suspended two students from Mathole High in the district of Zululand after a bullying video went viral on social media.
In the video, one student is seen pulling an underwear from another student, whilst pushing continuously shoving her to the ground and kicking her without retaliation. One young man is seen trying to stop the fight but was pushed over by the ‘bully’.
The victim is heard pleading with the assailant to stop as she was sitting half naked on the gravel after her underwear was torn. The bully did not stop despite being shouted at and told to stop by other learners.

Education MEC Kwazi Mshengu said two pupils were suspended pending disciplinary processes.
“Professional therapy will be offered to the victim and other learners. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated,” Kwazi Mshengu said.
Department spokesperson Kwazi Mthethwa said there was one pupil involved in the assault though she is not seen in the video circulating on social media.
The bully tried to kill herself by drinking poison but survived after she was rushed to the hospital. She was arrested outside the hospital after recovering from the poisoning.
