School in Chipinge shuts after teachers and pupils constantly faint after seeing snakes in classrooms
Chimana secondary school in Chipinge was closed on Monday after teachers and students continuously fainted after seeing huge snakes in classrooms. People from around the area believe these are issues to do with Satanism. A female teacher died at the school last year in May as a result of suspected Satanism.
Mr Tafara Sithole the chairperson of Chimana School Development Committee confirms the closure of the secondary school to Chipinge Times. He says students and teachers have been seeing snakes in classrooms and after seeing these animals they would collapse and experience blackouts.
This horrifying incident attracted attention from the District Education office with three inspectors visiting the school. Mr Tafara Sithole adds that the situation so bad that other members of the School Development Committee tasked to resolve the situation have fallen ill.

This incident has pushed the authorities to consult Traditional Healers. According to the traditional healers there are three teachers, two female and one male involved in Satanism. So far the three teachers have initiated 15 pupils into custom.
The traditional healers also add that the spirit of the deceased female teacher is haunting the school. What is more frightening is that the traditional healers also say there is a Chitokoloshi that kills and feeds on human blood.
At this point the school authorities do not know when the school will be opened. Schools opened on Monday and Chimana secondary closed the very same day. One might say these satanic spirits do not want the children to learn for sure. On top of all this teachers are threatening to go on strike after the government failed to pay them.
