Bread Pudding
Bread pudding recipe is easy to make. This recipe it produces a sweet perfect desert , with soft texture and crisp top.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 6 slices day-old bread
- 2 tsp butter
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Soak the bread in cold water until soft. Squeeze bread dry and place in a bowl.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk, raisins and the soaked bread. Mix until combined.
- Place in a greased baking tray. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly tapped.
Notes
Bread pudding it can be served with a huge scoop of ice cream and some caramel sauce. But it's honestly delicious by itself..
