Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Soak the bread in cold water until soft. Squeeze bread dry and place in a bowl.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk, raisins and the soaked bread. Mix until combined.
Place in a greased baking tray. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly tapped.
Notes
Bread pudding it can be served with a huge scoop of ice cream and some caramel sauce. But it's honestly delicious by itself..
