Stuffed mushrooms
Looking for a little time consuming recipe here it is. It is one of best Christmas dinner appetizer. Filled with a mouth watering and unique flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 12 whole fresh mushrooms
- 10 g chopped shallot
- 25 g bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Peel the mushrooms and break the stems off. Chop stems extremely fine, discarding tough ends of the stems.
- Cook the shallots, without color in a little oil.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and cook for 4 minute.
- When the mushroom is no longer hot, stir in the cheese. Mixture should be thick.
- Spoon the filling in the mushrooms, fill each mushroom cap with the same amount of stuffing.
- Sprinkle with a few bread crumbs and melted butter.
- Bake the mushrooms for about 18- 20 minutes. Until liquid starts to form from under caps of the mushroom.
Notes
You can add thick sliced bacon and also substitute parmesan cheese with mozzarella.
