Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 12 whole fresh mushrooms
  • 10 g chopped shallot
  • 25 g bread crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Peel the mushrooms and break the stems off. Chop stems extremely fine, discarding tough ends of the stems.
  • Cook the shallots, without color in a little oil.
  • Add the chopped mushrooms and cook for 4 minute.
  • When the mushroom is no longer hot, stir in the cheese. Mixture should be thick.
  • Spoon the filling in the mushrooms, fill each mushroom cap with the same amount of stuffing.
  • Sprinkle with a few bread crumbs and melted butter.
  • Bake the mushrooms for about 18- 20 minutes. Until liquid starts to form from under caps of the mushroom.

Notes

You can add thick sliced bacon and also substitute parmesan cheese with mozzarella.
