• 1 Vitamin C, D & E (speak to pharmacy)
• 1 Umhlonyane: (Ikwezi Station, Traditional healer, Hostel)
• 1 Zinc 200mg (speak to pharmacy)

Immune boosting paste

• 1 tbsp Tumeric
• 500 g teaspoon grounded black seed (spice shop)
• 1/2 tbsp Teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1/4 tbsp Teaspoon grounded black pepper
• 1 tbsp tablespoon grated ginger
• 1 Pinch cayenne pepper
• 1/4 Cup Honey

Method

 

1. Throw in blender to make a paste, if no blender drink as is.
2. Drink above paste as hot beverage every 4 hours with:Ginger and honey tea, Med lemonPanado (crushed)Sinucon (crushed)

Covid-19 home remedy and steaming

1. Steam: Every four hours
2. Steaming bucket (if you don’t have basin/bucket/kettle)
3. 5-10 drops Eucalyptus oil
4. Cover self with blanket
5. Stay under there for no less than 20 mins
