Fish Salad
This recipe it hits the spot because it is one of the best fish recipes.
Equipment

- Mixing bowl
- Stove
- Saucepan
- cutting board
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 lettuce head
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 lebanese cucumbers
- 100 g cooked fish ( without skin and bones)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in grill pan over medium heat. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- Grill the fish until its brown on both sides for 5 minutes.
- Place fish in a large bowl. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber and dice them.
- Finely shred the lettuce. Add fish to the cucumber, tomato and lettuce, and toss to combine.
- Serve!
Notes
You can add salad dressing of any flavor that you want (this is optional).
