Instructions
Heat oil in grill pan over medium heat. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
Grill the fish until its brown on both sides for 5 minutes.
Place fish in a large bowl. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber and dice them.
Finely shred the lettuce. Add fish to the cucumber, tomato and lettuce, and toss to combine.
Serve!
Notes
You can add salad dressing of any flavor that you want (this is optional).
