Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 lettuce head
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 lebanese cucumbers
  • 100 g cooked fish ( without skin and bones)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in grill pan over medium heat. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the fish until its brown on both sides for 5 minutes.
  • Place fish in a large bowl. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber and dice them.
  • Finely shred the lettuce. Add fish to the cucumber, tomato and lettuce, and toss to combine.
  • Serve!

Notes

You can add salad dressing of any flavor that you want  (this is optional).
