The Minister of Finance Tito Mboweni posted his attempt to cook beef stew on Twitter. Mzansi could not let this slide and the reactions to his tweet are hilarious. Posting the pictures of his beef stew the Finance Minister admits that he failed the attempt.
Minister Mboweni writes’
“I tried to cook beef stew this evening. It did not work out. Naaa!”
He tries to share with the public all the steps he took to prepare the stew. Reacting to the beef stew people are commenting all sorts of things including roasting the Minister’s cooking skills and others offering to help him next time he tries to cook.
“It’s beef soup. Do you like swimming?”

“I am offering my services to teach you how to chop. The rest will fall in place”
“Mara why not slice the vegetables thin? Is like you are using an axe”
“Jesu! Where’s the beef? Also, what did you use to chop those veggies, Minister, a spade?”

Knowing how people in Mzansi roast you, the Honorable Minister is brave for posting in the first place. The Minister was honest enough to share his beef stew. Most people Google things and share instead of showing the actual things. That is why social media puts pressure on those that do not afford or do not have.
Tito Titus Mboweni is a politician who has been serving as Minister of Finance in the government of President Ramaphosa since 2018. He was the eighth Governor of the South African Reserve Bank and the first Black South African to hold that post.
