They danced and dined all night celebrating the life of a legend and a king in the history-making. Former Youth leader and EFF president Julius Malema turned 40 years today and his birthday was celebrated with a bang. Today, 03 March 2021 marks the 40th birthday of political leader Julius Malema.

Malema’s social media timelines today have been flooded with congratulatory messages not only from Mzansi but the world at large.

Malema began his birthday celebrations late last night with a big countdown to his 40th. Amongst his list of attendees was Floyd Shivambu, Advocate Dali Mpofu, Mbuyiseni Ndlozi among other highly esteemed guests.

However legendary musician Ringo Madlingozi sailed the guests through the night with his hits. The guests were pampered with a king’s treat as they celebrated Malema’s birthday. Surely life begins at 40 as they say.

They enjoyed an intimate dinner at Julius’ house, singing and dancing the night away. Sharing a birthday with Julius is author Jackie Phamotse, Enhle Mbali, Sdumo Mtshali and Thembisa Mdoda’s husband.

On the other hand, South Africa’s darling and EFF steward Mbuyiseni Ndlozi showered Julius Malema with some birthday wishes. He had this to say via Twitter.

Born Julius Sello Malema on the 3 March 1981 in Seshego, Limpopo. Malema is a father of three and is married to Mantwa Matlala. His mother was a domestic worker and a single parent. Malema attended his education at Mohlakeng High School. He then furthered his studies with the University of South Africa.

In 2016 Juju graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and African Languages from UNISA. Currently, he is studying for a Master’s degree at the University of Witwatersrand.
