Pearl Thusi has announced a big boss move of acquiring equity in a premium gin brand called Black Rose. Pearl has taken to social media to share the news that she has joined the list of South African ladies who ventured into the alcohol business.

The Presenter/actress is not new to the business world as she has a hair business she co-founded called Black Pearl Hair. With Pearl venturing into the alcohol business, it shows that she has her sights set on diversifying her income generation to more than just entertainment.
Thusi’s closest friend, DJ Zinhle, an owner of Boulevard Rose, congratulated Thusi for her hard work. “I’m so inspired by how hardworking my friends are. Wishing you all the success Pearly… It’s gonna be a great summer,” she wrote on Twitter.
