From harbouring fugitives to kidnapping and turning into a fugitive herself, it seems Mpho’s life has gone off the reservation.
The most unlikely things have happened on Muvhango but Mpho turning into a criminal is the last thing we could have anticipated.
She has lost the plot, and her life is now a mess.
This week things have gone from bad to worse. Firstly, the hostage situation is getting more out of hand as Ndiwavho discovers precisely what has been happening under her roof. She walks in on the hostage drama, which sends Mpho into overdrive. Mpho is torn between being good and evil now, and she finds herself in big trouble.
She decides to ask her ancestors to help her and goes into an altered state of mind and grabs a knife.
Mpho then goes into the room where they keep Gugu and releases her.
Things spiral out of control because she doesn’t remember doing what she did, so she blames the only person who was against this hostage situation, Tenda.
Mpho doesn’t remember releasing Gugu because she was in a trans when she cut Gugu free; that’s why she accuses Tenda of letting Gugu go.
Meanwhile, Azwindini is coming after Tenda for his crimes against Susan but ends up tackling more significant issues when he finds out about Rosemary and Mpho.
He then enlists the help of James Motsamai, and they pot to take down Tenda.
Tenda then betrays Oxford in the worst possible way, and Azwindini and Jane end up framing Oxford.
When Mpho realises that Gugu has gone, she and Rosemary decide to run away together.
Azwindini decides to take matters into his own hands and tackle Tenda his way.
Azwindini hates Tenda because he stole Mpho from him after Azwindini destroyed Tenda’s marriage and ended up having a child with his wife Livhuwani back then.
The two have been at each other’s throats since then, and not to mention that Tenda is now terrorizing Susan.
Vhafuwi doesn’t know that James knows about Rosemary, and so does Gugu. James and Imani are the instigators of what happened to Gugu because they kept vital information from her, and she walked into her destruction. James is now trying to settle his scores with Tenda by using this horrible kidnapping situation.
