What’s a good story without a villain? Mzansi soapies keep introducing villains that have viewers in their feelings in a bid to spice up their storylines. Most of these villainous characters end up captivating masses and some crawl under our skins in the most uncomfortable way. Here is a list of some of the villains from our favorite shows.
Bohang from Scandal!
His hair cut is as much a turn off as is his character. Burning everyone in his trail to get back his ex, Bohang is ready to pull every dirty move from his old bag of tricks and viewers hate him for it. Manipulation is his strongest suit and Seipati is falling for his sick moves all over again.
Proving how hated his character is on the show, viewers take to social media platforms to threaten Scandal! producers. For everyone’s peace of mind, masses want Bohang‘s story line cut short. Viewers are clearly tired of going to bed angry. How can one person have the law wrapped around his finger and get away with it?
Boniswa from Scandal!
This is one villain who is conniving and hides it all behind her pretty face. Xolile‘s mother has everyone hypnotized and easily manipulates even her loved once to get what she wants. The audacity she has to give her daughter a shoulder to cry on after killing Romeo her husband is unmatched. Boniswa clearly has everyone fooled that she has changed and is using it to her advantage.

With the aid of dark magic, she bewitches MaZulu under everyone’s nose. Violence is the only way she knows to solve conflict but all this leads to her demise. One mistake leads a planned hit on MaZulu to the assassination of Ngcolosi and she lives to tell the tale.
Khulekani from Rhythm City
Despite being the most feared person on the show, his wife always manages to put him in his place. Everyone is his enemy and he stops at nothing to make Suffocate‘s life a living hell. His ruthlessness cost him a family and he does not intend to mend his ways anytime soon.
Mamba from Scandal!
Atoning for one’s since is the mantra he believes in and nobody gets away with backstabbing him. His mistress recently sucks all the life out of him when he finds out she has been sleeping with his accountant. In a bid to find justice, he confines the two in a room with gun and awaits for a survivor. Of course his mistress is gunned down but has Mamba forgiven Simo, his accountant?
