Life after fame: Mapula Mafole opens up about battling depression as she struggles to make ends meet after Rhythm City

Mapula Mafole is one of the most phenomenal actresses to have come out in Mzansi. She ventured into the entertainment world in 2012 after bagging a gig at Generation as a supporting actress. After winning the gig, she showed us flames resulting in her bagging a lead role on Rhythm City.

She joined Rhythm City in 2015, and her charming way of keeping Mzansi glued to their screens has made her a household name in the entertainment industry. On Rhythm City, she portrays the role of Maphula, a teenage orphan who was the deputy parent to her siblings. Although she lived in a depressing economy, she ensured to put food on the table for her siblings.
