A new video has surfaced shedding light on Costa Titch’s final moments before his death at the Johannesburg Ultra Music Festival on Saturday night. Security personnel rushed to his aid, and the video ended with him still convulsing. The emergence of this footage provides more insight into the tragic events that unfolded during Costa Titch’s performance. Although the cause of death is yet to be confirmed, the new video clearly shows that he suffered a seizure, which led to him falling off the stage. Some people are speculating that the flashing lights at the Expo Centre in Johannesburg may have triggered the seizure, as Costa Titch was known to have epilepsy.
Following his death, South Africans from different walks of life have taken to social media to mourn the loss of the Nkalakatha rapper. His family released a statement confirming the sad news and asked for privacy during this difficult time. Funeral and memorial service details are expected to be announced by the family in due course.

According to a close source, the 28-year-old rapper Constantinos Tsobanoglou could have passed away from the seizures, possibly triggered by the flashing lights.

The source adds that the amapiano sensation Costantinos Tsobanoglou had a history of epilepsy, which is a condition that affects the brain and causes seizures.

Ultra SA told Weekend Argus on Sunday morning, 1 March 12th, that it would release a statement regarding his death during the day.

The family of the rapper asked South Africans to keep them in their prayers during this difficult time in a statement that reads:

“Death has tragically knocked at our door. Robbing us of our beloved son, brother, and grandson, Constantinos Tsobanoglou (28), who South Africa had come to love and idolize under his stage name “Costa Titch”. It is with deep pain that we find ourselves having to acknowledge his passing at this time. We are thankful for the emergency responders and all those who were present in his last hours on this earth. As a family, we are faced with a difficult time as we try to make sense of what has befallen us and ask that we be afforded the time and space to gather ourselves.”
