Detective Mahlasela finds another big lead in Mbongeni’s murder case. Thathi plans a party for Sonto’s 65th birthday. Ntokozo and Teddy are at odds because of Miss Manzi.

The chickens are coming home to roost for Mam’Sonto as Detective Mahlasela circles. Teddy finds himself in an awkward position with Miss Manzi and only makes matters worse when he tries to get out of it.

Miss Manzi works her slow poison on Teddy, he’s putty in her hands. In the middle of her birthday party, Sonto manages to manipulate Gift into keeping his mouth shut.

Episode 139
Sonto finds herself at the receiving end when a murder puzzle gets pieced together. Teddy is taking the learners license failure hard, but his friends work on a rescue plan. Thathi convinces Detective Mahlasela to allow her to go see the victim with him.

Sonto will do whatever it takes to make sure that Thathi doesn’t meet with Gift. Ntokozo and Langa are having a tough time keeping Teddy away from Miss Manzi. Miss Manzi has a touching moment with Teddy, witnessed by Langa and Ntokozo.

Sonto learns that Detective Mahlasela is onto her and she wants to stay a step ahead of him. Miss Manzi gets her way with Teddy. Detective Mahlasela recruits Thathi to spy on Sonto.

Miss Manzi has sex on her mind and Teddy can’t bear it. Mazet has to get into the police station and steal a piece of evidence.

Sonto is shocked to learn that she’s being investigated, and Mazet suggests killing Thathi. Miss Manzi lures Teddy to bed once again.

Episode 148
Miss Manzi plays mind games with Teddy. Mazet’s quest for the brooch is unsuccessful and Thathi is caught red-handed snooping on Mam Sonto’s phone.

Teddy is confused by the new rules of his and Miss Manzi’s affair. Sonto runs out of lies to convince Thathi that she didn’t kill her husband. Ntokozo and Langa are worried about how Teddy’s said new girlfriend is making him act.

Teddy cannot physically be in Miss Manzi’s presence anymore. Sonto is about to run for the border when Mazet saves the day. Langa and Ntokozo have no idea what to do with Teddy’s mood swings.
