Former Generations The Legacy Actress Candice Modiselle is a Full-time Lecturer in real life.
Candice Modiselle is popular for playing the role of Lerato Matema on Generations The Legacy. The Learto role was a school going teenager whose family struggled to make ends meet; hence she needed to take waitress jobs at Diale owned Skaftin Chicken. Struggling to fend herself, Lerato moved in with the Diales, where she was loved and provided. She had an elder sister Palesa –the role played by Busisiwe Xaba. The Lerato role was temporary in The Generations The Legacy storyline, leading to an early exit of the character.
Candice comes from an all-star family; her two elder sisters are all celebrities. Her eldest sister, Refilwe Modiselle, is a model, activist and TV personality; Bontle Modiselle, who comes before Lerato, is a dancer, actress and television personality.
Candice is a Lecturer at OnCue Interface Talent School
Qualified with a Bachelor’s Degree and Honours Degree in Dramatic Arts from the University of Witwatersrand, Candice is a full-time college lecturer. With her real life, the industrial experience of acting, advertising and presenting cupped by academic expertise, Candice teaches Television Presenting at the OnCue Interface Talent School based in Randburg. Currently, Candice is studying for a Masters in Dramatic Arts at Wits University, a move to equip her to pursue her career as an educator. Beauty with brains Candice proves that she is more than a beautiful face and great structure; she dreams of becoming a television producer and educationist.

Having made a television breakthrough after multiple rejections, Candice proves that persistence pays, and there is light for the black child at the end of the tunnel. She has a dream of equipping the girl child with the necessary skills to realize their dreams.
“My life is a testimony on its own; I bagged my first television gig after multiple rejections. I dream of one day owning an academic institution that targets young girls and the vulnerable members of society to equip them with life technical skills. God gives us talents and opens doors for us to help and uplift others,” she said.
