Mac and Cheese
Mac and cheese is a very easy and quick tasty dish. Whatever the occasion a bowl of mac and cheese will always spell comfort. It is one of the best and classic recipes.

- Large serving bowl

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tbsp flour all purpose
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stir until the macaroni is firm to bite, 9 minutes. Drain
- Melt butter in a pan sauce over medium heat. Meanwhile add milk into butter and stir in flour , salt and pepper whisk slowly until the mixture is smooth and bubbly about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Turn the heat low and add cheddar cheese to milk mixture and stir until cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Remove sauce from the heat
- Fold macaroni into cheese sauce until coated
- Serve!
