Durban Gen actress Dr Mbali Mthethwa calls out Uzalo’s Gabisile for being cruel.
Actress Nelisiwe Faith Sibiya who plays Dr Mbali Mthethwa on Durban Gen, has poured out her heart and called out Gabisile (Baby Cele Maloka) for being cruel and inconsiderate. On Durban Gen, Dr Mbali is an intern at Durban Gen hospital who had an affair with Sibusiso Dlamini, her childhood sweetheart, had an affair with Dr Lindelani Zulu, and married Dr Thabo.
Durban Gen and Uzalo are produced and owned by the same company Stained Glass Productions, and over the storyline have exchanged cast members. Thulane Shange moved from Uzalo, where he played Thulane to join Durban Gen and played Dr Ngcobo.

Despite being workmates with the Uzalo cast members, Nelisiwe is a fan of Uzalo and takes her inspiration from Gabisile and MaNgcobo (Dawn Thandeka King). She vented her disappointment about the Gabisile and Hlelo relationship, which called Gabisile for being wrong and cruel.
On Uzalo, Gabisile tricked drunk and sleepy Hlelo into signing adoption documents giving up Smangaliso, her son. Though Hlelo was unprepared and unfit to be a mother, most of the time leaving her son in danger to party with friends, Dr Mbali thinks it was wrong for Gabisile to trick a mother into giving up her son. Posting on Instagram, Nelisiwe called out Gabi girl for being so inconsiderate.

Aish, I don’t know how I feel about this Gabisile and Hlelo situation ship. I mean, Hlelo was not ready to be a mom, and at some point, this child would be in danger of even dying when she’s too drunk.
